Various Federal and State regulations require fire/life safety programs be instituted in the workplace. Insurance companies base policies and premiums on the presence of property risk management programs and their effectiveness. • Develop fire protection / life safety preventative maintenance and inspection programs to comply with federal, state and local laws, along with insurance company recommended practices.
• Help the client create fire / life safety corporate standards
• Development of pre-fire plans and familiarization exercises with the local emergency responders
• Develop fire protection impairment and hot work policies as required by the New York State Fire Code and OSHA
