Life Safety Plan Review

FLRC will review and evaluate plans to be submitted to municipalities for various life safety features that are required by the New York State Fire and Building Codes.

Some of the evaluations include:

• Evaluation of hazardous materials storage areas
• Evaluation of occupancy loading
• Evaluation of interior finishes for smoke and flame spread
• Evaluation of emergency exits and evacuation plans
• Evaluation of fire alarm systems
