Violations / Citations

Even with the best plans and practices, sometimes a company might get cited for a non-compliance issue by a regulatory agency.  

FLRC can assist the property owner by:

• Reviewing the violations from the regulatory authorities
• Create a corrective action plan, addressing each of the violations
• Assist the property owner in coordinating the contractors required to correct the violations
• Inspect the completed work and conduct a re-inspection with the regulatory agency that issued
  the violation notice.
